Phat Thai (stir-fried rice noodles)

Today I am going to talk about a dish called Phat Thai. It is like Singapore Char Kway Teow.
It is listed at number 5 on World's 50 most delicious foods readers' poll compiled by CNN Go in 2011.
It is a dish of stir-fried rice noodles with eggs, fish sauces, red chili paper and bean spouts.

I personally tasted this dish a lot of times as it is one of the most common dish you can find in Thailand. It taste like Char Kway Teow but not oily at all. If you want to try this dish you can go to

Nana Thai Restaurant
5001 Beach Road #01-51/52/66C
Golden Mile Complex Singapore

The dish cost around $5 in that restaurant.
