Kuay Teow Neua (Thailand beef noodle soup)

This is one of the famous Thai cuisine in Thailand call the Kuay Teow Neua also known as Thailand Beef Noodle. It is a very simple dish, its just rice noodle dip in hot soup and cooked with beef steak and few beef balls and some beansprouts.
